WE KEEP OUR PROMISES

Evolution of the industry

The cardboard box was born and bred in England in 1817. In its humble beginnings, the cardboard box was made out of a simple paper board and was not corrugated. The corrugated paper came into the industry in 1856, however, it originally used as a liner for hats at the time. It was not until five years later, in 1871, that corrugated cardboard boxes developed a purpose within the shipping industry. By 1895, corrugated cardboard boxes had jumped shores and become the cardboard box that we all know and love today.
